I have always been interested in Health and Wellness, and I felt moderately knowledgeable in this field before, but going through this course I have actually learned a lot, that I have never heard of nor have ever been told in my life. As I go through this life experience as an artist from an early age, now in my 50’s I am excited to learn with a pace that is comfortable for me. I tend to be very detailed focused when I learn something. This has deterred me from other classes, the important thing is I take in the information that is important to me for what spirit has in mind for a sense of service and purpose for my own self too!
