I loved this course! It was thoroughly engaging, informative and enjoyable. I did my first Forest Therapy session last Saturday for a friend in her beautiful backyard. She is going through chemo and radiation and was tired and in pain before we started. By the end, she was vibrant and felt good! Interesting information. But in module about benefits of meditation there is not enough prooves of these information. I would like to chek if there are reals santific proofs of all these bnefirs. Not enough information about hyperventilation and hipoventilation technics. And this is very important from health point of view.
