I like the course so far! Only feedback I'd have is that there are some really great worksheets as part of each module. However, they are not part of the downloadable files. For example the Best Year Intake form or the Energy drain fillable sheet. Would be great to have those available separately.

Eye opening
It has been fun and very informative learning about the different types of meditation and its impact on the body and mind. i have been practicing mindful and breathing meditation for over 5 years and can relate to the benefits discussed in this course. Transcendental meditation seems intriguing and would like to learn and practice this meditation.
