I don't care for the format or subject matter of the training - too much reading and too much history.

I practice mindfulness continuously. It has changed my life significantly. Excellent lesson that can be a platform for introducing my clients to the world as recognized in mindfulness.

Love the set up and it is easy to follow. The only thing that stops me from fully enjoying it is that there are no corresponding printouts to use with our clients. That means I have to create them all myself. Otherwise the course is great.
