Very informative, lots of detail in each module that is relatable to real life wellness coaching for clients. Information is well organized with key concepts repeated several times in each module. Includes case study examples. Final exam is comprehensive but not too difficult.

I am finding it incredibly enlightening, and directly applicable to my current and future work. The theory highlight is great for not only the development of assessment material but other tools of the trade. I find it a little challenging to get through an entire module in one sitting without bouncing around to address other things.
