Not enough information about hyperventilation and hipoventilation technics. And this is very important from health point of view.

I really like how organized the modules are. They are the best I’ve bought online and I spent more than $12,000 on coaching programs. Working on my phone is a little problematic to download and then print, but I figured it out. Thank you for asking for my input. It is interesting, but is mostly neuroscience theory, not much coaching

The theory about neuroscience is there, but it I am not satisfied with the coaching aspect of the training. There are a few exercises or tests one could do with clients, but I will need to learn how yo apply the concepts to coaching on my own, this course is not really giving me those tools.
