I am enjoying this course so much more than I expected. Not only is it very thorough in preparing me to lead forest experiences, the information is very valuable to me in my own journey with the plant kingdom.

Finding the Sylvotherapy class interesting

There is so many more layers of why you feel great after a forest walk than I expected, and it has been interesting to learn about phytoncides in this module.

Love it!

Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course A Healing Journey

The Sylvotheraphy Forest bathing course is very comprehensive and I learnt a great deal and look forward to starting my forest bathing journey. The only downside was it is US based so didn't get to learn about all the Australian forest related plants and trees and some of the quiz questions could of been worded alot better but for the value it was wonderful and great to have the audio to listen to along side the downloads of the modules.

Superb

Although I don't believe one can become a full fledged Wilderness Survival Instructor, it most definitely provides a basic level of knowledge. That if practiced and memorized, can lead to a solid intermediate level of knowledge.

More illustrations would be helpful

It should be more practical with illustrations, photos of the plants mentioned
