The material isn't very useful

The material is mostly written which is quite dry to get through. There is a summary video but honestly the course isn't all that helpful or what I was expecting. It's hard to see how you could apply any of this info as a coach.

Interesting, in-depth explanation on Ayurveda

There is a lot of information to digest but well structured. For the body massages though a practical in-person explanation would be more useful rather than just textual description - but that's for my future further training perhaps. Overall very good.
