This module addressed all the questions I had for years,I had noticed in some of my family members-and I wondered ,but I now understand how to navigate it and how to be a source of compassion,mercy and information to them to get help. I like the syllabus and the course. It is well written. However, the quiz and the exam are not well organized. I have answers that were marked wrong when it supposed to be the right answer. I also believe we should have an instructor, someone we can ask questions. We can't communication, kind a disappointed!

Christian Counselors Course

This is an online course that need ones full attention to reading the content for understanding and I can say, this has helped me immensely with being very focused on the topic and learning what the importance of being a Christian Counselor is about. My expectations are different from the beginning of the course, but as I go on, I have a different perspective of what the course is all about, more of spirituality than knowledge of knowing what counseling is about. I am at the middle of the course I was blown away by the depth of spiritual knowledge and the practical application that interwoven together. One of the key takeaways for me was the way to connect to the clients and making them feel loved and comfortable in whatever they may be going through. I know after the course, I need more help to be a better listener and more supportive counselor.

Overwhelming

This is a huge milestone for me, for the past 20+ years I have been trying to get a degree in Chrisitan Counseling. I'm not done yet.
