I loved this course! It was thoroughly engaging, informative and enjoyable. I did my first Forest Therapy session last Saturday for a friend in her beautiful backyard. Interesting information. But in module about benefits of meditation there is not enough prooves of these information. I would like to chek if there are reals santific proofs of all these bnefirs. Not enough information about hyperventilation and hipoventilation technics. And this is very important from health point of view.
