I am learning and building on some of the skills and knowledge that I already have and will be able to start the process of resting, connecting, and healing from the trauma I have been subjected to in being forced to be part of a society that would rather dehumanise me. I am being provided with the necessary tools and techniques to gain imperitive skills that will not only help me and my community survive, but also... to thrive!
