It is great to take all the hard won knowlegde and experience I have gained and see how that can be chanelled in way that is accesible to anyone at any point in their journey. This course has given me great confidence to be able to hold space for other people and a real understanding of how I can make use my knowledge to make a difference in the world.

Quality with room for improvement

While much of this course was informative and helpful, there are some aspects of it that could be updated. The information about ADHD was particularly troubling to me. It was very limited and also just insulting as someone who has spent the past 35 years working with people who have ADHD. Still, the overall program was very worthwhile.

not deep info or enough to start consultation it is just like shallow information about ayurveda
