Have been using essential oils for years, so some of the info was surprising to me. I need to check out which ones have Phenols.

Very expansive

I have a background in spiritual practices aswell as mental health. Being indigenous to my region I've always had a strong connection to nature. Diving into not only the science but spirituality behind trees for their benefits has taken my learning curve to a whole new level not just for others but for myself aswell.
