More scientific than I expected

There is a great deal of information about the history and science behind Sylvotherapy, which is interesting but not essential for me but I am only half way through and I have learned a lot about Sylvotherapy sessions and so looking forward to learning more.

This course was very informative and thorough. It may be beneficial to add video here and there to keep attention. I think some pronunciations were incorrect in the audio, but it did not take away from the information.

The Land of Sylvotherapy

Apart from the course being informative, weaving gently from introduction to the properties of trees and its significance, it invites and entices into the fascinating world of nature. They are our living examples and give us all that we need. If only we embraced the outdoors, we could discover its magic. There are still several modules, and I am curious to know, how this therapy could work in the winter months.
