I love all the examples that can be used with clients, I like that you can play the audio as you read along. I have found the content to be very compassionate and aligned with a positive psychology that uplifts people not brings them down or shames them.

The content was very in-depth, well presented and easy to understand. This course would be beneficial for professionals , as well as individuals looking to improve their family environment. The course is packed with tools and strategies to assist you along the way, and the reflective questions and journaling prompts encourage you to test your understanding across each Module. The quiz's at the end of each Module are open questions designed to test your knowledge, while supplying suggested answers to acknowledge your understanding and highlight areas you may need to revisit, and the final exam is multiple choice with no time limit.
