The course was easy to follow and work at your own pace. Everything was clear and easy to understand. The quiz at the end of each module was very helpful in preparing for the final exam and really helped me understand the concepts I had missed.

I liked the self-paced nature of the course and the pdf format. My schedule can be hectic and it is often difficult to fit in regularly timed activities. There were a few things that would have been nice to have like links or exact citations of peer reviewed articles, and feedback on the module quizzes. I found some of the modules had repetitive sections. I also think that the material included elements that are beyond the boundaries of coaching and require regulated professionals to provide.

This course was a journey within itself, from start to finish. I've learned so much throughout this course, and I'm so excited to apply these skills in real time with myself and clients I align with. My only critique is that there were a lot of grammatical typos and errors, minor but definitely noticeable.
