easy to follow I enjoyed the course
Very informative and the modules covered a number of areas of neuroscience with good depth. I was able to achieve a broad understanding of the subject.
So grateful to have taken this course. I learned more about diverse learning styles than my 4 years in college.
Wow! I learned so much about how to support Menopausal women. This course was very detailed with a good mix of research, scenarios, case studies, and practitioner activities. A lot of effort went into the design of this course. One of my favorite modules was the Group Coaching section. So many cool ideas to effectively lead a Menopause group session. Thank you Efficient Coach! Bravo!
The modules are easy to work at your own pace. the audio feature is great as can download the content and listen through the day or while travelling etc.

It's been good so far.
The ADHD Coaching Course with Efficient Coach has been truly insightful so far, especially as someone diagnosed with ADHD early in life. It has helped me to rediscover practical ways to organize my days better and to see that it's not an endless battle, but a journey full of positives like the spark of creativity that drives fresh thinking. The course gently turns our focus from challenges to celebrating neurodiverse strengths, with interactive modules that motivate, flow easily, and feel truly welcoming for ADHD minds. As a teacher at a private school for neurodiverse students, I cannot wait to weave these skills into my daily lessons and life coaching sessions. Thank you, Efficient Coach, for this enriching experience that nurtures personal growth and professional wisdom with such warmth.
