ADHD Coaching

The course explained the aspects of ADHD and explained how this neurological process manifests itself in various age groups. It then explained strategies to overcome executive disfunctions. It was a good course.

Very informative but quite dense for a neurodivergent

I have ADHD myself and I struggled to finish the course. I felt it was a bit dense, it lack more interactive features. The audio option is good but it would be better if we could choose the speed, because most of the time I was reading faster than the audio. Also, it would be great if you could have a section where you recommend podcasts, books, etc for additional knowledge research.

The Ultimate Foundation for Neurodiversity Coaching

This course was a lot of information to take in all at once, but in the best way possible! I was thrilled to find that it completely confirmed information I already knew from my background in teaching, my daily experience raising my five neurodivergent children, and my own journey learning about being neurodivergent after a TBI. One of the best parts was seeing frameworks and models in this course that I can finally put official names to—things I've actually already put into practice and concepts I talk about that are already backed by the community.
