Meeting the world's newest Positive Psychology Coach

Thank you to the brilliance behind Efficient Coach and Holistico.com for the availability of attending the online Positive Psychology Coach Certification. I work full time and have a family so extra time to take on a new area of study was a bit overwhelming. This program gave me all of the information necessary to feel confident to start a coaching business. The on-line tools, the Modules, were satisfying, educational, easy to understand, and gave me to confidence necessary to complete the final. Today, I became certified. This program provided client contracts too. I have my LLC, Webpage, FB page, email in the business name. Just a few more thing and I will be able to coach in positive psychology. Or - I can start today!

Good content but...

The content is engaging, insightful, and a great complement to existing training in psychology or coaching. It introduces neuroscience concepts in a way that supports a deeper understanding of behavior, motivation, and change processes — especially valuable for professionals already working with people. That said, I believe it’s important to be clear: This is not a standalone certification that qualifies someone to begin working with clients independently. It’s a powerful supportive tool, but it should be built upon a solid foundation of formal training, such as a degree in psychology or a certified coaching practice with supervised experience. For me personally, as someone with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and years of experience in coaching, this program is proving to be a meaningful and well-structured addition to my practice. But in my opinion, presenting it as sufficient on its own would be irresponsible.
