This class brought such depth and practicality to the work of soulful coaching. Truly haven’t expected to be as impressed as I am. Each module builds well on the previous and I’m able to add so much depth to my practice already with what I’ve learned. I’m particularly impressed with the time spent on cultural sensitivity and encouragement for training that area. I prefer to listen to the audio while walking (ADHD myself) and it’s been great - I know it’s ai but I don’t mind the voice.
It was a great journey from neuroscience basics to neuroscience insights to real-world scenarios, improving decision-making and problem-solving skills. I gained a lot of knowledge. Recommend!
