Forest Theory Course
This course was good - my only criticism is that it could have included more of a focus on activities to run in group sessions - there was lost of theory but it was a little lite on practicality in my opinion.

New and learning
As someone with little herbal knowledge and wanting to get started in creating treatments for my family, this course was a great and beginner friendly.
