Great course! The content was clear, informative, and easy to follow. I learned a lot about neuroscience and how it can be applied to everyday life and coaching. Highly recommended! Grateful
The course was very informative and I found the information useful. HOWEVER! To take quizzes at the end of each that consisted of 10 essay questions only is unacceptable. If I had known the quizzes were essay questions only, I would never have taken the course. I found myself getting very frustrated at the length of each question/quiz.

Course was easy and informative. had me engaged throughout the course and made me realize that this is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
This is overall a good course to follow - the handouts are excellent. I mixed up my learning with the audio and self reading as I struggled with the voice over after a while, but this does give you options. I would study again with Efficient Coach thank you

Very interesting
I had a great experience completing the Menopause Coaching Certification. The course covered a wide range of topics related to menopause, including physical, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle considerations. The quizzes helped reinforce the material, and I appreciated being able to work through the course at my own pace. I’m excited to apply what I learned as I continue building my work supporting women through midlife and menopause. Thank you for the materials and course.
