Finding the material very technical but there is a good balance of case studies and examples
I learned a lot, especially pertinent to my counseling career needs.
This course was in-depth, well structured and genuinely interesting. The content was presented clearly and logically, which made complex neuroscience concepts much easier to understand. It significantly deepened my understanding and kept me engaged throughout. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a solid and accessible foundation in neuroscience.

I feel a lot in this section doesn’t relate a lot to grief & loss I’ve answered in the context of starting my own grief & loss counselling
i am looking forward to use this for coaching addicts..but it has so much more.. if they have expounded version of this course i will enroll there.. this is really foundational for any coaching practice.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and well-structured class. The learning process was very clear, engaging, and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how the course combined theory with practical exercises, allowing me to understand myself more deeply through self-reflection, assessments, and hands-on practice. One of the most valuable parts for me was the VIA Survey. It helped me reconnect with my top five character strengths and see how powerful it is to further develop what we are already good at, instead of constantly focusing on our weaknesses. This strength-based approach feels much more empowering and sustainable. I must admit that I was introduced to the VIA Survey about five years ago during my coaching studies, and I have been taking the test every year since then. However, studying positive psychology gave me a much deeper understanding of why this tool is so important. As human beings, we continuously grow and change, and our strengths can evolve over time. The VIA Survey helps us recognize the strengths that are most active at each stage of our lives. This insight has not only helped me understand myself better, but it has also enhanced my ability to understand and support my clients more effectively. Overall, this course has been a meaningful, enjoyable, and enriching learning experience. Thank you again for such an inspiring class.
