This course gave me such a deep dive into supporting women through all the stages of menopause as a coach, with indepth clinical information backed by evidence and referenced. I'm so excited to add this knowledge to my coaching skillset. Can highly recommend.

Menopause Coaching Certification
This was a really good programme to go through. It is thorough and gives the tools you need. Only thing was the inability to write in the boxes of the Module content where it asks you to create your own 'something' everything else was smooth.
Neuroscience coaching
The course was full of useful information concerning memory, addiction, learning, language and basic nervous system functions. However, I expected a little more information on how to apply helpful strategies for the coaching client. A good portion of the course seemed more appropriate for a therapist in training than for a coach. Though the information in the course is, overall, very useful, I think the course material should be proofread to remove the numerous misspellings and the few but difficult to decipher sentences. On the whole, I think it was a very useful course and I'm looking forward to completing another.
