I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor excited to support more people somatically with this course. Very good and simple outline to follow, I loved the audio aspect of the course while reading along.
This course is super useful if you want in-depth knowledge about menopause and strategies to navigate all the three stages effectively and with ease. Also a great course to support your existing coaching or well-being practice. Highly recommend it.
GOOD CONTENT
I enjoyed the class. It has broadened my knowledge and understanding of autism. I am excited to use this knowledge in my classroom and share it with fellow students and educators.
