great module and full of useful information
I am loving this course to supplement my Diploma of Counseling.
I think it would be better if exams were reviewed by a real person to see whether the student truly understands the material. Requiring answers to match the exact wording doesn’t always reflect a learner’s real understanding. Sometimes even a small difference in punctuation or wording can mark an answer as incorrect, even though the meaning is essentially the same. If assessments allowed for a bit more flexibility, it would better reflect what students actually understand rather than just whether they typed the exact expected phrase.I think it would be better if exams were reviewed by a real person to see whether the student truly understands the material. I really liked it, it was in-depth, and very informative. After 15 years in this field, there were a few things I really did not know. Very good course!!!
