It was very easy to follow.
Very well-structured and informative course. The content was clear, practical, and easy to apply in real coaching situations. I really appreciated the depth of explanation around the nervous system and the practical tools provided. Highly recommended for anyone interested in somatic coaching and nervous system work.
Nice speach, I can understand. Just audio module 7 is missing, instead module 8 is twice. Can you correct? Thx
Up to module 3 and finding it very interesting
I came into this course already fairly well-studied and confident in my understanding of biohacking—or at least I thought I was. What I quickly discovered was a deep well of new, evidence-based information presented in a way that was both clear and practical. Even more importantly, the material wasn’t just theoretical; it was organized into frameworks and tools I can immediately use with my coaching clients. The course sharpened my thinking, filled in important gaps, and gave me a more structured, responsible way to apply biohacking principles in real-world coaching. I now feel better equipped, more confident, and more credible in how I help people improve their health, performance, and longevity.
The best online course I’ve taken
Challenging, but good to have
Great course, good info.
This is by far the best foundational IFS course I have found and recommend it to anyone. Once you complete this, all the other training on the matter will make sense.
I can really see how this course will make me less afraid and more confident in my ability to act as an integration coach for clients completing psilocybin trips!
Good course content.
Excellent
It's a very obvious that this is an AI produced course, that being said, I learned a lot, it was quite in depth/throughout and I am using it in supplementation with my other accredited courses.
I enjoy how the case studies pull the content from the module together in an authentic example.
The course was very beneficial ,I learned a lot and I can apply now especially that I have a dementia patient at home . I can benefit and apply on daily basis.
Course excellent. Certificate to download link does not work!
