easy to understand
Enjoying the slow and steady introduction of scientific information, studies, mental health practices, and more.
Good course
Good content, easy to follow and understand. I liked the quizzes at the end of each Module to enhance the learning.
The content and quizzes were all above adequate for the subject matter. Let me go at my own pace which is appreciated since I’m also working full time.
