Time to impact my community
I took this course to not only educate myself about forest Therapy but to give sessions to my community. I am a huge advocate for self care. I am a veteran and a mom so I am always seeking some time to connect with nature and learn more about myself. This course gave me so much information to hold sessions properly and implement it in my everyday life. Can't wait to start creating blogs and hosting sessions indoor and outdoor!

Amazing course
This was so beneficial to me in learning shinrin-yoku and the practice of Sylvotherapy. The course info was clearly laid out and the self paced learning was good to be able to do. I also used the audio at times rather than reading directly the material but having it downloaded meant I could cross reference it too.
