very Educational, and easy tio learn. I have had experiences with aromatherapy, forest bathing and other Sharmanistic experiences during my life, but have never actually indulged in the content of what i was doing and its direct effect on the body and mind. very enjoyable

Thank you for including such a diverse program, with information around spirituality, engaging all the senses, the science behind some of the benefits to sylvotherapy, etc. It would be helpful to have a couple videos throughout some of the Modules, just as another visual way to take in all the great informationa and content.

Overall it’s been good. Some information I feel maybe are not relevant but I would say 90% of the information is exciting and can’t wait to use it as part of my practice.
