Good Foundation, Needs Enrichment & Interaction

The content is relatively good and well-structured for a new coach to follow. However, in many modules, research studies' results have been mentioned without referencing the research or naming the researchers or the university. In addition, it was mentioned that there will be live sessions with experts but none have occurred so far. Also, the content can be more engaging (videos, interactive activities, etc.)

It includes strategies for incorporating multicultural awareness and responsiveness and it covers the breadth of the grief journey--physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. Very well designed, it provides deep and reflective questions and practical strategies for practioners. I also appreciated the audio option!
