Choosing a Forest Therapy course that matched my gifts and passions was very important to me so I followed my hearts guidance and chose Alma Oasis. This course reaches beyond what I was expecting, from educating us on the different species of plants, trees and flowers and their essences, but also energy, and the deeper meanings of what nature offers I am beyond excited to start my journey in offering this form of therapy to others!

INFORMATIVE

Lots of information so far I find quite difficult to assimilate as the presentation is too detailed with dates and facts. I really enjoyed the description of the different trees and how they have been used by people since ancient times

J'ai aimé le cours, j'ai appris ce qu'est la sylvothérapie en profondeur. J'ai beaucoup aimé la partie de la créativité. J'ai aimé savoir sur les différentes propriétés des phytoncides et des arbres. Le cours m'a ouvert la curiosité à approfondir sur l'aromathérapie. C'est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une version française ou espagnole.

Provides some good information but not much added value compared to a book

This course is like reading/listening a book divided into modules, with a quiz. No videos or other methods of learning, no invitations examples either. It did spark my interest in couple of new things, like the different types of phytoncides that certain trees emit more than others etc. so I've been diving deeper and researching independently while reading through this course so I guess it did the job it was intended.
