Very Enjoyable

Very interesting and useful! It is incredible how it puts in perspective all the information we already have, innate and acquired, mentally organising it! very Educational, and easy tio learn. I have had experiences with aromatherapy, forest bathing and other Sharmanistic experiences during my life, but have never actually indulged in the content of what i was doing and its direct effect on the body and mind. very enjoyable

Great content :)
Thank you for including such a diverse program, with information around spirituality, engaging all the senses, the science behind some of the benefits to sylvotherapy, etc. It would be helpful to have a couple videos throughout some of the Modules, just as another visual way to take in all the great informationa and content.
