very annoyed with your company
adding on a class I did not need and then requiring I take it before the class I saved up for and set aside time for is despicable and actually [pretty ableist of you. I have AuDHD and it take a lot of mental preparedness to prepare to do something like this and you just wasted my precious spoons. shame on this. I will NOT be recommending this for certifications.

Loved it!
I loved this course from module 1 all the way through to module 10! I have implemented so much of what I have learnt into my own sleep routine; I now sleep even better than before. I cannot wait to incorporate this into my offerings!

An Awesome Training
I was particularly pleased to find out that the course details and recommends the use of technology for ADHD management. I am autistic and ADHD and the use of technologies are crucial for my day to day life. And yes, I am able to disconnect from it too. Apart from that, there are a lot of information about the coaching activities, path and business development.

i struggle with having a complete hour to do my coursework , because if i have to cut it short time wise , and i get back on it in another day , the model i was working on gos back to the beginning , it would be nice to freeze the audio , so when i get back on it is in the same place ,
