Every sale appears in your own statement page with what you earned. After the 30-day return window clears, the balance is ready to pay and we transfer it.

Affiliate programmes are usually vague about which number the percentage applies to. Ours applies to what the buyer actually pays, and here is what that means on a real order.

So the discount comes out of our margin, not out of your commission. A programme that pays a percentage of the discounted price and then also charges you for the discount is paying you less than it says; this one does not.

The terms, without the small print

All of it, on one page. If something here is not clear, ask before you apply rather than after.

What you earn: 25% of the amount the buyer actually pays, after their discount and after any other promotion running that day. We never pay a percentage of a list price nobody paid.
What they get: 15% off their order. The discount is funded by us, and it does not reduce your commission.
What counts as a sale: Any course purchase on naturalistico.com made with your code, in any of our fifteen languages, by anyone who is not you.
What does not count: Academy membership subscriptions are outside the programme — affiliate codes do not apply to them and they earn no commission. Your own purchases do not earn commission either.
Group purchases: They do not. A group order already takes our 20% group rate — applied instead of your code's 15%, not on top of it — so your code takes nothing off for the buyer, and no commission is paid on it either. Your link is otherwise unaffected: an ordinary course purchase by the same person earns normally.
How long your link lasts: Clicking your link remembers your code in that browser for 30 days, so a student who thinks it over for three weeks still counts as yours. If they click a different affiliate's link after yours, the most recent one counts. If they type a code at checkout themselves, the typed code wins.
Instalment plans: You earn on each instalment as it is charged, not all at once up front. Over the full plan that comes to the same 25%.
When it becomes payable: A new commission waits 30 days before it can be paid, which covers our refund window. After that it is marked ready to pay.
Refunds: If an order is refunded inside the hold period, the commission for it is cancelled. Commissions already approved or paid are not clawed back.
Getting the money: We settle approved balances monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal — you choose when you join. There is no minimum balance and no fee taken from your side.
Tax and status: You are an independent promoter, not an employee or an agent of Naturalistico, and you are responsible for declaring what you earn where you live.
Changes and errors: We can change these terms for future sales, and we will tell you before we do. We can correct or cancel a commission that is clearly a mistake or the result of a breach of the rules below.

A discount code is a live repricing of our catalogue, so there are a few things we have to be firm about. Breaking one of them closes the account; nothing else on this list is a hard rule.

Say you earn a commission. One honest line is enough, and your audience already assumes it.
Recommend the courses you have actually taken, and say what they were like.
Use your link rather than retyping the code — it survives being copied into a newsletter.
Tell us what is working. We will make you the assets you ask for.

Please do not

Post your code to coupon, voucher or deal sites. A code that leaks there is no longer a recommendation, it is a public price cut, and we will close the account.
Bid on "Naturalistico" or misspellings of it in paid search, or run ads that send a brand search straight to our site.
Promise outcomes we do not promise — earnings, cures, licences or professional registrations we do not grant.
Buy through your own code, or ask friends to run their purchase through it for a kickback.
Send unsolicited bulk email, or post the code where you have been asked not to advertise.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee, no minimum sales and no obligation to post anything. If you never share your code, nothing happens.

Do I need a website or a big following?

No. Plenty of our affiliates share their code with clients in person, in a class, or in a small newsletter. What we look for is that the people you reach have a reason to trust you on this subject.

Why do I have to apply? Why not just sign up?

Because your code is a real 15% discount that exists from the moment it is created, whether or not it is ever used well. We create them one at a time so we know who holds one. It also means we can answer you properly rather than sending you into a dashboard.

How long does approval take?

Usually a few working days. A person reads your application and replies — you will hear from us either way.

How do I know a sale was credited to me?

You get a statement page in your Naturalistico account listing every sale, what you earned on it, and whether it is still in the hold period, ready to pay, or paid.

What if someone uses my link but buys a month later?

It still counts, as long as it is inside 30 days of the click and they have not used another affiliate's link in between.

Can I earn on The Academy membership?

No. Memberships sit outside the programme — the code will not apply to them and no commission is earned. Courses are what the programme covers.

Can I be an affiliate if I am also a student?

Yes, and most are. The one thing you cannot do is use your own code for your own purchases.

What happens if I stop sharing it?

Nothing. There is no activity requirement. Anything you have already earned stays yours and is still paid.

Can I promote in a language other than English?
