I'm not happy because I've spent several hours of my time doing this course and it's not registering that I've done the content!!

Although reasonably thorough, the underpinnings of the course content need more research. Some of the content is inaccurate, some a little contradictory. It's a very good introduction for someone with limited knowledge of carnivore diet, but for people who have good knowledge, it needs to be sharpened to improve content accuracy.
