Past Life regression Training
The course is very informative but yet intuitive. Highly recommend sitting a while with each chapter. The chapter quizes are a bit tough because the answer requires you to discern what the question is really asking in order to give the correct answer.

Very informative
I’m enjoying the breakdown of different strategies altered for specific situations and people. The neuroscience piece makes understanding AUD relatable and takes the shame and teetotaling aspect away to give clients a sense of agency, which I find helpful
