I took this course because I am a certified personal trainer with more than 100 different fitness-related courses, and I realized that the psychological aspect of my clients requires tools that positively impact the achievement of their goals, both in the gym and in their personal lives. Somewhat superficial but helpful

The determination of location using three-point bearing is well explained, although there are simpler methods of finding one's location. I think that as a course for a teacher, the subject matter is too thin. Orientation in the terrain is a fundamental factor for survival. I expect much more navigation knowledge from a survival instructor.

I have finished Modules 1and 2. Both modules were very educational and provided good information for setting up a health and wellness business.
