It's actually pretty thorough

I've done IFS courses by the IFS institute and this covers some really good ground. It's missing the demonstrations, but it's got great foundations.

It's just okay

I honestly didn't love it. It would be helpful if the MAIN benefits of each herb/plant is covered. Also, videos are GREAT. Why not include them? It felt very AI based.

This course offers an extensive overview of counseling across various categories. It covers not only personal counseling but also family, special needs, and single parenting. I think it’s really helpful for a counselor to have such a broad range of knowledge and understanding in these areas.
