Helpful and Useful

The Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coach course was very helpful and useful. I loved how they addressed ethical concerns and staying in your scope of practice. The course also did a good job teaching you how to appropriately coach clients without overwhelming them, scaring them, and providing them with actionable nutrition and lifestyle changes taking into account their health concerns and goals. It was a bit dry and it reads like AI wrote it, but it is still a very good resource. I would definitely consider taking other courses from them.
