A Valuable Foundation with Room to Grow

As a newly certified sylvotherapist and someone coming from a professional background outside traditional wellness, I found this course both enlightening and rewarding. It does an excellent job of grounding forest bathing in science and explaining the physiological and psychological benefits of spending time in nature. The modules on forest chemistry and sensory activation were especially valuable and will continue to inform my own nature-based practice. Overall, the course provides a strong foundation for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of the forest’s healing power. I am grateful for what I learned and look forward to applying these principles in my own work with authenticity and respect.

Fantastic experience overall, especially introducing the spiritual side of trees as well. Truly enjoyed studying again, exploring many research papers and ancient traditions - learning a lot about a practice I have done all my life without knowing it is a form of therapy. I found my calling and will build my own independent sylvotherapy practice, within a local network of related therapists. Thank you!

Autism Coaching

I totally enjoyed the experience. There were times that I needed to do my own research and used YouTube videos and other tools to gain a better understanding, especially of forms and tools used to guide clients. It would be useful if links to relevant videos were included and sample forms incorporated, so as to offer a more comprehensive learning experience. Overall, the knowledge gained is greatly valued and has contributed significantly towards my development as a coach and towards my journey to assist persons with disabilities. I would highly recommend this course.
