applying the concepts

As an education worker assisting students with behavioral disorders, I regularly utilise the SMART strategy when outlining goals for my students. It's useful in tracking progress and for pinpointing where programs fail to meet desired outcomes, thus requiring a modification in the student's program plan. The course did a good job identifying the benefits of using SMART goal setting.
