The structure is clear, the content is deeply reflective, and each lesson feels like a step toward real transformation - not just for my clients, but for me personally as well. I love how practical and relatable the concepts are. I'm gaining so much more confidence in my ability to coach effectively and ethically. I'm genuinely excited to continue this journey.

Good course giving lots of information to support my practise

This course allowed me to learn but in a way that suited me, the end of topic quiz gave me a chance to cement my learning. I got so many practical tips through the exercises and the case studies to enhance my practise. It is a good first step in sex therapy

Not impressed

This course was disappointing and I would not recommend it. I was displeased with its (somewhat confusing at times) inner-module layout, the structure and organization of information was weak (bottom lines up front - the 'so-called' BLUFs - were not only not presented up front they were buried or missing), certain concepts that needed (brief) explanation were not explained, the balance between specificity and brevity was often off, opinions were presented as facts in places and there was a detectable presence of bias. There was also a near total lack of conceptual cohesion for those wanting to apply this course to coaching on wellness, empowerment or similar. I wondered who this course was designed for. It made me, the future coach, work really hard to determine the practical applications of all this information for a non-technical, non-specialist in neuroscience. The content was an odd combination of being overly technical (irrelevant content in many cases) and not specific enough (the concepts that did matter were hidden in the lines). Even the quiz questions were sometime so badly written that it was hard to determine what was being asked. In terms of standards for curriculum design and andragogy, this fails.
