Il corso di Ocean Therapy è stata un’esperienza davvero significativa e trasformativa. Ho apprezzato molto il modo in cui i contenuti riescono a unire aspetti teorici e pratici, offrendo una visione profonda del rapporto tra natura, emozioni e benessere psicologico. In particolare, ho trovato molto interessante l’approccio simbolico e sensoriale legato all’oceano, che aiuta a comprendere meglio i propri stati interiori in modo semplice ma potente. Le lezioni sono chiare, ben strutturate e accompagnano gradualmente in un percorso di maggiore consapevolezza. È un corso che non si limita a fornire informazioni, ma invita davvero alla riflessione personale e all’integrazione dell’esperienza nella vita quotidiana. Lo consiglio a chiunque sia interessato al benessere emotivo e al potere terapeutico della natura.

Great for starting a practice, especially in combination with other tools. It's up to each person to decide how much additional education and investment they will make in their knowledge and experience.

Child play certification

The course is informative, however, it did not really cover anything that I did not already have an awareness of. It would have been better if the lectures were more interactive as at times the narration felt repetitive.

Healing with Art

I was so excited to engage in this course as I love every aspect of art. I paint, journal, draw, zentangle, color, use photography. I use my creative intuition in my product packaging by choosing color schemes, graphics, product names and descriptions. I engage in some form of art everyday. I love everything about this course and the information on how art heals. I am really looking forward to incorporating art therapy in my holistic endeaors.
