I feel like I know a lot of these things about journaling but Ive never seen it explained in this way. Very helpful in showing me what I already know and helping fill gaps in my knowledge

Very satisfied
This course is extremely well-structured and practical. It contains a wealth of useful information, methods, and exercises that can easily be integrated into daily life. I am very satisfied with it, it gave me many new insights, and I’m sure it will be valuable for others as well. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to grow and is open to positive change.

navigation of the module quizzes and submission
i have downloaded i think 2 quizzes, answered them, uploaded in the cloud but the accomplishment rate has not changed. and so i have to re-type the answers

Excellent Intro to Sylvotherapy
This was a great intro course to Sylvotherapy with a lot of tools and exercises that can be used right away to offer Sylvotherapy to friends, family, and to start a career in the field. There is a lot of reading and so if you are more of a visual person then this may be a bit of a challenge. However, as you can complete it at your own pace, it is still a really great first step!
