Easy to follow and very insightful!

I am learning so much not just about Ikigai, but about myself and I am so excited to continue learning!

My thoughts

I feel as though the course pilled to much information into it. I feel many of the things I learned did not correspond with forest therapy. The short response questions and expecting people to remember many names of plants and people doesn't support many peoples learning styles. I enjoyed learning about these things however I do feel this course should be revised.

very interesting contents and good opportunity to be certified. If only the final tests after each chapter and the final exam would be questions with multiple choice that would have been very helpful and more practical to me.

The questions are not straigh-forward; they read like trick questions! Also, I had trouble taking the course from my laptop, it was difficult to navigate. Had to switch to the phone. Otherwise, great course! Very comprehensive indeed! However, I would have loved to "interact" with actual coaches in video formats.
