Good foundational and practical lessons

I agree with most of the techniques and suggestion in the course so far. There are a few ways I would expand the techniques in everyday interactions. That said, the goal setting and accountability are spot on - I am enjoying the course.

Menopause coaching course

Very happy to have completed this certification course. It was very informative, I've learned a lot, even though I've already gone through menopause but still there was information I have had many years ago. Super excited to start my coaching journey and assist many women in the process. Thank you Efficient Coach team.

Grief Coaching

I am thoroughly enjoying this training, it has helped me with my own grief and it's in-depth exploration of grief as well as how to help other navigate it are just amazing!

Halfway through!

So far it is a very enjoyable subject and I love the fact that I can leave it and come back when I have time and don't have any deadlines because that would be very stressful when you work full time and have to try to fit it in. I wanted to do this to see if play therapy is something that I might like to branch into and even though I love the content, I'm still not sure. The one thing I would like is if we can go back and tweak our answers. If there is a way then I haven't found it yet!
