I am really enjoying the background learning and exercise ideas! I would like more sample lesson plans and an easy to print format for various sections that would be nice to keep on hand (scripts, exercises, or meanings).

I loved this course! It was thoroughly engaging, informative and enjoyable. I did my first Forest Therapy session last Saturday for a friend in her beautiful backyard. She is going through chemo and radiation and was tired and in pain before we started. By the end, she was vibrant and felt good! Since I'm a cancer survivor as well, this was immensely gratifying to me. Thank you so much, Alma Oasis, for providing me with a way to help others naturally and easily.

There is a lot of information and it's academically useful, but I would like to see more applications specific to coaching situations relevant to the section as the course proceeds.
