Excellent course

The course was very thorough and easy to understand. It covered all relevant areas, was very informative, and has given me a much deeper understanding of the menopause. It has given me everything I need to set up a menopause support group.

I found this coaching session to be much more in depth and practical than I anticipated for the price point. I am a seasoned professional with 3 college degrees and found myself not only learning new materials and resources but also stretching my vocabulary as well. This is not a high-level over-view.
