Ikigai Life Coach

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply captivated by the beauty of Japanese philosophy, culture, and their unique approaches to business. Over the years, this fascination has shaped much of my personal and professional life. The cornerstone of my business approach—and the key to much of my success—has always been rooted in my love for Kaizen, the principle of continuous, incremental improvement. This love for constant growth naturally led me to pursue certification as an Ikigai Life Coach. Learning the art of guiding others to discover their "reason for being" has been a truly transformative experience. It’s a gift to be able to help others find purpose, alignment, and fulfillment in their lives. I was pleasantly surprised by the information given in this course. I feel confident and prepared to start coaching.

Intuitiv coach - delvis ok, men...

Nu efter att ha läst hela kursen skulle jag ge den en 2:a eller 3:a. Jag gav den en 3:a då jag tycker att jag fick lite tips och ideér från kursen som jag kan ha nytta av, men skulle nog inte använda den som något bevis för att man är en bra coach. Jag gick kursen för egen utveckling och inte för att bli coach, men tyvärr måste jag säga att jag kanske inte blev så mycket klokare på hur jag ska få tag i min intuition även om det beskrevs hur man skulle göra. Sådant som beskrevs har jag provat många gånger på egen hand tidigare och tyvärr inte gett någon utdelning. Jag hade förhoppningen att kursen skulle komma med något nytt. Kan dock meddela att jag har testat en hel del innan, så kanske får kursen högre betyg av någon som inte läst så mycket tidigare. Jag är glad att jag testade i alla fall, även om jag hade mycket större förhoppningar. Positivt: - En del tips på hur man kommer åt sin intuition (även om det inte hjälper mig i dagsläget...kanske behövs mer tid?) Negativt: - Väldigt väldigt väldigt mycket upprepningar i varje modul (är det skrivet av en människa eller AI? behöver inte vara fel i sig men...) - Lite rörigt och ryckigt - Allt som skrivs (modeller etc.) är inte så tydligt beskrivet utan nämns bara - Inte optimal kurs för personlig utveckling tycker jag. Mer för om du vill bli coach....men som sagt jag skulle inte själv hänga upp diplomet på väggen och starta en business. Krävs lite mer utbildning och tester då tycker jag.

I am enjoying the content and the evaluation process. I have one statement. The questions as presented leave room for more than one answer according to your text. I might be helpful to provide a little more info in the text so that there is a more clear understanding when we reach the assessment. I understand higher level thinking skills analysis but when the text contains an answer verbatim but it is not the correct answer for the assessment it can lead to frustration. For example # 19 on the quiz asks: Why is awareness of personal bias important for counselors? Our text states on the bottom of Page 15 that being aware of these biases enable us to create a more objective and supportive therapeutic environment - The assessment marks that answer wrong and gives the correct answer as It enable better engagement with clients. While this is an outcome of awareness of bias, it is not mentioned in the text. I am learning a great deal in the course and look forward to the next module!
